Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside Eliza by opening Settings and choosing Delete Account.

Account deletion is intended to remove your Eliza account record and associated app data from active systems, including saved case workspace content, journal entries, training sessions, profile data, quota/subscription state, Sign in with Apple token records where applicable, and Firebase Auth user records, unless retention is legally required or technically necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or compliance.

If Apple in-app subscriptions are enabled, deleting your Eliza account does not cancel Apple billing. You must manage subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.

Data Access, Correction, and Export

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.

To make a privacy request, contact umut@lechatbot.com from the email address associated with your account when possible. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

Clinical and Sensitive Information

Eliza is designed for sensitive clinical-adjacent workflows. You should enter only information you are authorized to process. Where possible, avoid direct identifiers and use pseudonyms or de-identified case details.

Sensitive case-specific private information is not sold, publicly disclosed, or used for targeted advertising.

Advertising and Tracking Choices

For the initial iOS release, Eliza is designed for a no-tracking advertising posture with non-personalized ads where ads are enabled.

If tracking is ever enabled in a later release, Eliza must update its App Store privacy disclosures, public privacy policy, and request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking occurs.

You may also manage tracking permissions from iOS Settings.
