What Eliza Is

Eliza is an AI-assisted clinical case workspace for mental health professionals, education, and supervised training contexts.

Eliza is not a crisis service, emergency service, medical device, electronic health record, diagnosis tool, treatment tool, or replacement for professional judgment.

For product support, account access, billing questions, ad issues, or technical problems, contact umut@lechatbot.com.

For privacy requests, data requests, or account deletion questions, contact umut@lechatbot.com.

Urgent Safety

Eliza does not provide emergency or crisis support. If a case involves immediate danger, self-harm, harm to others, abuse, neglect, medical emergency, or another urgent safety concern, follow your professional, institutional, and local emergency procedures immediately.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app by opening Settings and choosing Delete Account.

If Apple in-app subscriptions are enabled, deleting your Eliza account does not cancel Apple billing. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.

App Review / Test Account Notes

If you are reviewing Eliza for App Store submission, use the review credentials and instructions provided in App Store Connect review notes. If credentials are missing or expired, contact umut@lechatbot.com.
